Shipping & Return Policy
How We Do It

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed. All shipments will required a signature upon delivery.
Packages are shipped flat rate envelopes or medium boxes via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. TrueBeautyHair Inc. only shipped products to confirmed addresses via PayPal. All billing address must be same as shipping or the order will not be processed. Shipping in the US can take up 5 to 7 business days an ONLY on weekdays. International shipment can
take up to 7 to 10 business days
excluding weekends. All shipping fees will be $25 fast shipping rate including sales tax. Shipping internationally will be US $35 per bundle including taxes.
International orders may incur additional fees per custom charging policy. Clients are responsible for these charges.

RETURN POLICY
​
All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds. Allow 3 to 5 days for orders to be shipped. Our clients orders will require a signature for all deliveries!

TrueBeautyHair Inc. is not responsible for any lost, damage packages . Again, signatures are required upon delivery of packages. Refunds will not be given if packages are returned to TrueBeautyHair Inc.
